Who we are

Information we collect

This website does not include a project intake form, file upload, or chatbot. We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us directly:

• Email. If you email us, we receive whatever information you include in that email (your address, name, and message content).
• WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and message content through WhatsApp's own service, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

We also automatically receive ordinary technical information generated by any website visit — see "Server and security logs" below.

How we use this information

Email and WhatsApp messages are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver the engineering support you asked for.

Server and security logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical logs for every visit — for example IP address, browser/user-agent string, requested page, and timestamp. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, are not used to build a marketing profile of you, and are retained only for a limited operational period before being rotated out.

Third-party processing

• Email delivery (SMTP). If you email us, that message is delivered and stored through our email provider under its own terms.
• WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are handled entirely within WhatsApp/Meta's own service and privacy policy — we do not control or store WhatsApp message data outside the app itself.

Data retention

Email correspondence is kept in our mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and for basic record-keeping, after which it is eligible for deletion. WhatsApp conversation history is retained according to WhatsApp's own retention settings on our device, not by a separate database on our side.

What we do not do

• We do not operate a public project-request form or file-upload facility on this website.
• We do not operate a chatbot or send your messages to any AI provider.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• We do not use cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage to track visitors across sessions.
• We do not ask you to send passwords, API keys, or other credentials by email or WhatsApp — please do not send us any of these.

Your rights and how to contact us

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to easywaycompany2016@gmail.com. We aim to respond to and handle such requests within 30 days.
